"Room was not cleaned. Check in is at a different location, so not easy to go back to the other property for assistance. They did try to accomodate another room right away. Also had booked a cabin with a fireplace on Expedia, but they only get notified that you book a cabin. Be careful if you're booking the cabin with pull out couch due to having 3 people. Bed was comfortable, but linens were not very soft. Kitchen was well stocked. "

"The rooms were cozy with the view with all the snow. The bar was fun, we got to watch the Olympics with a yummy beverage. Staff was very nice"

"I was very disappointed that the restaurants are closed. At least the night we stayed everything except the sweet shop was closed.. room was nice. Staff is always great! Would like to be able to order room service though. Hard to do with all the closed restaurant's. "
