“The place is great. It’s clean and cozy and was very friendly and accommodating. The only things I didn’t like was the hot water smelled like sulfur and the bed was way to soft for my liking. Other than those two things it was perfect.”

“I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.”

“Somehow, the room key didn't work all sudden on the last day of stay. And the before the check out, a lady approached to my husband and screamed that he had to pay for the breakfast. First of all, it is not necessary to raise a voice to the guest, any circumstance. I don't know what confusion comes from but hopefully they have a little better employee education for future.”

“Didn’t even check in. Pulled into the parking lot and noticed that the windows were busted out of at least 3 of the rooms. Felt very unsafe. Boyfriend went in and checked the lobby and was going to have host show us a room but the lobby was absolutely nasty. We ended up going in and talking to the host and he told me he had already cancelled my booking because the card I used to hold the room didn’t go through. Remind you I use this card only to hold rooms and then use my actual card to pay for……

“Room was dirty. Stains on the pillows, bed, sheets, towels and curtains. Didn't want to take our shoes off. Cigarette butt in our sink. Hotel smelled moldy/musty. Breakfast was poor. Seems like an abandoned hotel someone just bought and hasn't put much time into it. Definitely do not recommend.”
