「The front desk staff were not helpful when I asked to book a taxi, and all meals were expected to be paid by credit card (I had cash) but the hotel was clean and the dining room staff were attentive and friendly. I did get short changed 50 pesos when paying for coffee and should have checked my change at the time. Nice location on the beach.」

Absolutely could not have had a better vantage point to watch the show. Will definitely make this a tradition for us when we are in Mazatlan during carnival. Muchas gracias! 」

Bonus: Great view of the Carnaval parade from the rooftop but if you come at that time, just note you’ll hear the festivities until late. 「I was very UNHAPPY! First time being disappointed in Mazatlán. First off, there’s a limit to how many people can stay in a room and they charge for every person including children under 8! I don’t like going to a hotel where the staff wants to invade my privacy and wants to know who all is staying in my room including names and ages.
