「Excellent small property, perfect escape right off of Pentz road, great access to Oroville and Chico. It was the perfect break for me. The neighbors were very nice. The bed was almost too comfortable, no complaints just appreciation.」

「Thank you!」

「A very convenient spot for folks visiting or doing business in Paradise.」

「Yes, everything was very nice.」

「My room was perfect! Bed and pillows were yummy!!! I will try to stay here whenever I go back to Chico, Ca. Perfectly situated close to restaurants and highway. I absolutely recommend staying here!!!」

「We enjoyed our stay, the location and view was amazing. Easy ck in, easy ck out. Chelsea was great. The only problem I had was the comfort of the furniture. My son and I stayed 4 days, he is 6'2", therefore I had to use the guest room, with a twin trundle bed, as it was way too short for him. The primary room bed was comfortable. The trundle bed is not. I would suggest putting a comfortable larger guest bed in that room that is for an adult. The L shaped sofa is comfortable on top, but way too...

「Great central location and accomodating host」

「This was the perfect place for our family to stay to attend our son’s fire academy graduation. We had 4 elderly people and ourselves and it was very accessible for all of us. The house is spacious and it is located in a cute neighborhood , close to town and with plenty of options if you enjoy going for walks. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to my communications!」

「This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. I rated check-in 4 stars because the check-in instructions came a little later than ideal so it took me awhile to find my way. Once I had the info the check-in was smooth....

「Close proximity to the campus & downtown. Clean. Cute neighborhood.」

「We found the queen bed suitable for two people. The fridge also came in handy for keeping snacks cool.」

「Great place very friendly host」

「Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay!」

「The property was clean, nicely decorated with beautiful dish sets and unexpected extras such as an iron, hair straightener, blow dryer, ice ready to use in the freezer and plenty of towels.」

「Very cute house and well equipped kitchen for longer stays. 」

「The place is really nice and very much worth the price. You can talk downtown in about 25 minutes or drive downtown in about 5 minutes. It is about the same distance to Sierra Nevada Brewing. The place is very nice, clean and has everything you need. The people at the management company are nice enough, if a bit disorganized. For example, after I paid, they asked me for a $150 breakage deposit, stating that it was required, when the listing clearly shows the breakage deposit as $69 and...
