「The property was located in Times Square and near several subway stations. The hotel was safe. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.」

「Clean and modern rooms. Nice rooftop bar with good service to match. Amenities boxes in the room were present but empty for some reason. Late checkout is only till 13:00 after which it’s chargeable which was a disappointing “benefit” of the travel rewards company used for the booking. Excellent location and friendly staff, mostly.」

「in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible...

「The Staff were the best! The room was excellent very big! The area was. My only suggestion is to put a Nespresso machine in the room. Even though they offer coffee on the lobby it’s not the same to open your eyes and have it in your bed. I would definitely return.」
