「The room had paint peeling on the wall and the towels were dirty. We had no wifi in our room and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. No room key was provided as none were available. What an abomination!」

「I loved everything about Rose Arden. I had a very comfortable overnight stay in a single room in a lovely home that was perfect for my visit with an old friend who lived nearby. It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden.」

「Really nice hotel. Bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. It was also quiet in the rooms. This hotel is in downtown so isn’t in the safest area but there was security at the front door at all times so felt very safe inside. Would stay here again and would recommend!」
