Great environment for families & friends!

Awesome place! My family was coming in from across the country for a wedding @ TownHall Texas. This property was close to venue and provided everything we needed. The communication was too notch. Pool table and games provided hours of fun! I definitely recommend renting this property!! everything we need

Fun and Unique House

we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely rent this house again. It’s huge with lots of space. And fully stocked with everything you could need. My kids especially loved the pool table. my only complaint and it’s very minor is that the house is incredibly dark. I felt like I was constantly walking around turning on lights, but not a big deal at all. definitely a 5 star review!

Family time

This property did a wonderful job of catering to the needs of 11 family members. The property manager was extremely accommodating & very communicative. The young stilts & kids had a blast with the recreational items.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the home. It is a very unique home in which it was built. Very spacious and well equipped! The Owner provided a lot of items which made it more “homey”! A lot of space for our entire family!! I would definitely recommend this home and rent it again. The only con was a little issue with the showers but we did notify the Owner so they can take care of the issue. Very responsive as well.

Great Experience for Baseball Group!

We came to this place to stay while the boys played in a baseball tournament in Tomball. We had 4 players and 3 dads. This house was laid out perfect for us. 3 bedrooms with Queen beds and a bedroom with two bunk beds. Positives:- The pool table and huge living area was very good for the boys. We experienced a lot of down time due to rainouts/forfeits, and this house afforded plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. There was a TV for watching and a TV for video gaming. There was even more space upstairs for this type of activity, but it wasn't used. There was also a separate "Man Cave" which we also did not use, but was a cool area.- The A/C. In Houston, you need it. The A/C worked and kept the house cold- The patio/grill. There were plenty of utensils, propane, and the grill was large enough for us to use effectively. - Parking. We had 3 vehicles and it was never a problem. There was a huge covered area and more than enough room on the half-circle driveway. - Responsiveness. The host immediately replied to any/all texts sent her way. We appreciate that type of communication. Fast and friendly!- Others: WiFi was great. The two dining tables afforded a lot of space. Lots of couches! It's also about 5 minutes away from a D-Bat facility. This was clutch!Not as Positives:We would definitely stay there again, but these were minor things we could think of:- Lighting: It was a little dark throughout the house- Pans: We went and bought one because the coating of all the pans is coming off- Bunk Room temperature: for some reason, this was the only room that would not cool down. Boys were a little warm at night.- Communal shower - the height is a little low. A minor inconvenience. There is also no soap/shampoo. Great Experience Overall

The house was clean and the kids enjoyed it. I will say it’s a bit quirky and very dated. The last night our AC did not cool properly and that was a bit unpleasant. The bunk room was very warm for the kids and they did not sleep well.

Comfortable and well located

This property is very roomy, and comfortable if you have a large group. Plenty of conversation and game play areas. The exterior garden needs some work due to recent freeze, but the inside was very clean and organized.

Perfect place!

This was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday with he and his buddies. The kitchen and pantry were fully stocked, there were so many games and spaces to hang out and plenty of sleeping space. The owner was so kind in checking on us. We would absolutely go back and take extended family for a holiday gathering.

PERFECT HOUSE!!!

House was perfect!!! loved the pool & foosball table, games etc.. Didn't have to leave the house. Very close to concert that we went to. Will rent again is we ever come to see another concert.

Good place near The Woodlands

Great location for our 6-person bachelor party. Pool table was nice. Good kitchen for cooking. 2 tvs in the living room to put sports on. (3 tvs if you consider that the fireplace was the tv of the olden days). Easy to get to from 45. Check-in was really simple. Would recommend.

Perfect stay!

This house was perfect for my son’s 16th birthday weekend getaway with friends. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could possibly need. Plenty of space for us and 8 boys to sleep. Lots of games for entertainment. Very clean and welcoming. Adored this home and considering when to host an extended family holiday event here.

Great Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood

Would definitely recommend this home! It was great for our group of 6. Plenty of space and things to do at the home (pool table, foosball, games, etc.). The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture. Plenty of hot water and a fully stocked kitchen. Neighborhood is beautiful and very close to shopping and restaurants. Cassandra was very responsive and awesome to work with!

FABULOUS HOME & HOST!

We could not have asked for a nicer stay! The home is exactly as described. Check in was super easy. Home is equipped with absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need! Kitchen extremely well stocked. Beds very comfortable! Host was extremely easy to work with and very attentive! Close proximity to Woodlands Convention Center, Pavillion, Mall, and any number of other local attractions you may be seeking. Well established quiet neighborhood! HIGHLY recommend!!
