「I never like giving anyone a dislike to a VRBO home. Driving 11.5 hours, to find this house not as describe. The house description said new house. This home is not a new house, the front yard had not been cut and tree limbs are in the front. There is no lighting in the driveway or up to the door. There were stains in the carpet, bedroom downstairs had dirty walls. Very disappointed. New bedding and not cheap bedspreads. IKEA beds with no cushion for mattress. The best part to this home was the...

「This property was a great location for us attending our son's wedding @ Madera Estates! It was so well stocked with items that served our needs. The entertainment room was a hit for the kiddos to play and watch shows. Everyone found their bed to be comfortable. There are toys for kids and games for adults. You will never find this type of peace and quiet in any hotel for a good nights rest! My adult kids were so happy I found this listing. We felt so blessed to find a property owner that was...

「The primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and laundry room smelled like CAT URINE. The owner sent cleaners. I trusted they would deal with the smell. They did not. The owner sent cleaners again. Still smelled but they placed air fresheners around the house. When I tried to negotiate some sort of reimbursement, the host hung up on me. There were other areas that showed lack of cleanliness and lack of basic maintenance.」

「First, I was transferred to an "upgraded" room without any explanation or clear direction. So when we arrived I thought I had entered the wrong room because the place was trashed. I asked the host to call me and they just replied via the app instead because they knew I was there from the camera outside the door. I explained that someone must be staying in this unit because it was filthy and stuff was scattered all about. They didn't believe me of course until I started sending multiple pictures....

「My Grandmother lives in the area and it’s hard for her to travel. Since she has moved in with a family member it’s been harder for her to have visits with her great grand kids seeing as I live out of town. This rental was perfect! It was easy to get to and was stocked with everything we needed for a week staycation. The house was clean and house information was easy to fine and fallow. I had a little issue with the washer machine but the host was super quick to respond to messages and was super...
