"From the time of check-in, we arrived at 3:45 and our room was not ready. But the Front desk associate was very helpful and was more than happy to put us in another room. We were visiting and wanted to find the area, so we were ok with the original room because we wanted to stay on the first floor. The room was neat and clean. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the Woodlands shopping and dining locations. The breakfast area was clean and neat. The breakfast staff was also accommodating. Every staff member from beginning to end was AWESOME. We would definitely stay at this location again."
