「The townhouse was great. Clean, functional, good location. There were things that need to be improved however. When a place lists it has space for 6 to sleep but doesn’t spell out that two of those spaces are tiny fold out cots; we assumed there was a fold out couch. Also being located in one of the snow capitals and there was no shovel to clear the 8 or so inches of snow received during our stay. The soap dispenser in the half bath downstairs doesn’t function. The kitchen had basic necessities...

「Overall the property fell far short of our expectations and normal accommodations. Broken and missing window blinds in every room, off hinged doors, no full body mirrors and just small vanity mirrors available. Beds were without sheets and available bedding did not appear to be clean. The absolute worse and most disappointing were the bathrooms. Mainly, the upstairs bath shower curtain and liner were brown from mildew to the extent that I did not allow my family to use it! Bath mats were old...
