You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!

Just Amazing!!

So initially finding The Haven in the daylight was a bit challenging, so I'm sure at night would be difficult. Other than that it was absolutely amazing. It was clean and the lions were extremely active. They called and moved our room before we arrived as the lions were hanging out by room number two. And, we sure did appreciate that. We will definitely be coming back..

Best trip we’ve even taken!

Amazing from start to finish. Took my gf here for her birthday. Jaw dropping experience. Incredibly unique. The bungalow was clean, way bigger than I expected and just beautiful. The animals were active. Got great photos. Firepit and s’mores were a bonus. 10/10
