「Staff were friendly and professional. We were dealt with immediately and shown our room and given all relevant information. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was exceptional, as was our breakfast the next day. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Lovely quirky room (Africa). Stayed with two dogs who each had beds, bowls and treats provided.. lovely bakery for breakfast where you could choose your breakfast items. Everyone very friendly and great pub (kings arms) opposite for evening food and drink. Perfect place」

「One bath towel 2 adults? Blocked sink? Charged 15 pounds to check in an hour early when we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. If you need to stay in this area it has a restaurant on site , it’s ok but not geat」

「The whole experience was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was of very high quality and the room was absolutely squeaky clean. We will definitely be returning, maybe in the summer next time, as the gardens outside looked stunning!」

「 Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. 」
