「The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.」

「Magnificent apartment in an historic building, I loved it. The communication was brilliant and the host bent over backwards to accommodate me. I had a few issues with some mice in the apartment however they moved me to a new one while they sorted out the situation and were extremely accommodating. I would thoroughly recommend.」

「Overall the location was exactly what we needed for our trip, the room was spacious for me and my friends. The staff needs to work on better cleaning there some rust areas in the bathroom especially in shower it kept leaving a black residue on our towels when we hung it up on the shower door」

「Beautiful hotel in a great location — it was easy to get anywhere in New Orleans on foot. The common spaces are especially lovely, with a stylish bar and a library/lounge area that give the hotel a lot of character and charm. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. We stayed on the top floor, and the room was very dark. The lighting was extremely poor, and after searching for a while we finally found a tiny wall lamp hidden near the door. 「We reserved a room with king bed. But we were assigned a room with 2 double beds. The staff said it’s because we made the reservation on third party app and there was no available king bed. But I remember the prices for king bed and double beds are different. The king bed was higher.
