“The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.”

“Magnificent apartment in an historic building, I loved it. The communication was brilliant and the host bent over backwards to accommodate me. I had a few issues with some mice in the apartment however they moved me to a new one while they sorted out the situation and were extremely accommodating. I would thoroughly recommend.”

“The property has only been operational for 2 weeks. When I arrived, I was informed that there was no parking in front of the hotel to unload our luggage. It was pouring rain. We had to find a random parking garage 2 blocks away and paid $150 for 4 fays of parking. We unloaded on the 5th floor of parking and made it through the pouring rain to the hotel once again. That set the tine for the trip. I think once they fix this issue, it will get better. The rooms are small but they are nice. The……

“The place was ok. A couple of complaints were the restroom was not very clean. And the parking staff were horrible not very helpful and they told us to park in a certain spot and that it would be OK we went in the room dropped our stuff off came back out and had a boot on our that quickly as if they purposely did that to set us up. Pretty pricey to remove it”

“Beautiful hotel in a great location — it was easy to get anywhere in New Orleans on foot. The common spaces are especially lovely, with a stylish bar and a library/lounge area that give the hotel a lot of character and charm. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. We stayed on the top floor, and the room was very dark. The lighting was extremely poor, and after searching for a while we finally found a tiny wall lamp hidden near the door. The dirty window facing the roof made the room……
