I stayed at the One11 Hotel for 4 days during my trip to Nola. I landed in Nola a few hours before check in. I went over there expecting to leave my luggage until check in but was pleasantly surprised when I was advised my room was ready for me. Upon entering the room, it definitely gave me lofty vibes. The room had exposed brick, high ceilings, very chill and most importantly super CLEAN! The bed was very comfortable, I was actually looked forward to coming back just to sleep. The shower was spacious and no issues with hot water. The location was perfect, Riverwalk is literally right behind the hotel and you're a short walk to Canal, Bourbon and Frenchmen. The only part that felt off was that they had me sign something saying they could enter for service, but I never saw anyone my whole stay. No refresh, no check in. Then checkout day housekeeping was knocking like it was urgent on my door to remind me to check out. With that said, I wasn't really in the room like that anyway and needed nothing. I was outside enjoying the city, so it didn't ruin my stay... just something to note. And I also appreciated them holding my bags due my late flight out. I got to enjoy Nola a little longer w/o dragging luggage around. As a solo traveler I felt safe the entire time and I will definitely return.

Impossible to keep light out of room at night (huge window in shower, and shower is separated from rest of room by a frosted glass wall, so it was a glowing wall all night) and poor sound insulation (on 5th floor we could hear the street.) Cute little hotel. The reivews you've read about the bathrooms are true - there is no privacy so don't bring anybody you're not QUITE intimate with. Bathrooms also have no fans as a fun extra. There are housekeeping services available but they have to be requested at the beginning of your stay or by calling the front desk directly when you need something. Also no refridgeratoes so bringing home leftovers from restaurants is not an option. Not sure what the hype with their breakfasts is because the only hot food was either waffles or pancakes (depending on the day) and if you don't get there right at 8 when they open, it'll be a while before you get any. The bar is lovely and it's within great walking distance to everything you could want to see in the French quarter at an okay price.

Big room but very cold, heating did not work properly. Amenities were never restocked, towels were left in counters, found dirty rags in room. Staff was not very helpful. This is my second time staying, and there isn’t a bad thing I can say about this hotel. Great pool, bar/lounge and a cute rooftop. The room is perfect, clean and modern with all the normal amenities.. and great lighting (which is rare for a hotel). The breakfast in the morning is perfect with fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, pastries and boiled eggs (I need protein for breakfast). The location is far enough from bourbon street so that you’re not dealing with 24/7 chaos, but close enough for a quick walk to everything, especially shopping. The staff is always kind, accommodating and does a great job. I rarely go back to a place twice because up like to try new one, but I can’t justify going anywhere else.
