Very good stay

Very good villa with fantastic views around. Swimming pool and tennis court are perfect. A great chance to visit the region of Salerno-Eboli, not overcrowded by tourists, with warm and clean sea - however, with a possibility to go to Costa Amalfitana by making sea boat trips from Salerno. Many thanks to Salvatore for his welcome. Recommended.

Beautiful location and a warm welcome

The property is isolated at the end of a very small lane but is immaculate and very well looked after. Salvatore the owner was an excellent host and he accommodated us arriving a couple of hours early. He cooked us wonderful pizzas and made our stay very pleasant. The villa had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The pool was clean and the tennis court well maintained. The location was very private and about ten minutes from the nearest village but the Wi-Fi was 10/10 and the smart tv worked well. One word of advice, do not use google maps in this part of Italy as it really doesn’t work very well and you’ll get lost. Waze and Apple were more accurate. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen diner enormous In short a lovely stay in a stunning location.

Magnificent!

Magnificent property with breath taking views, and the most wonderful and hospitable host. The property is serene, comfortable and relaxing. The town of Contursi Termi is quaint and the people are very friendly and helpful. The Monday market was amazingly accessible. Salvatore made us feel like we were at home and that was before pizza night! Oh, the pizza! Hang in there folks, you really can eat all those pizzas! Thank you Salvatore for your generosity and warmth. Villetta Italia now tops our list of best places in all of Europe - not just Italy.

Everything we wanted

As a family, we were looking forward to spending some time visiting historic/cultural places of interest whilst being mindful of the temperatures in August. Salvatore’s villa provided everything we wanted. Whilst being away from the central drag it was, nevertheless, accessible and gave us beautiful views. The pool and tennis court allowed us to “cool down” and exercise. It was ideal. Additionally, Salvatore is a superb host. Always available, ready to help and consistently upkeeps to property to a high standard. Highly recommended

An Amazing place to stay !!!!

We have stayed at a number of villas And this one is one of the best. The location is in the countryside. No one around you and very, very peaceful. The pool is big and great for kids and families. We all enjoyed the tennis Court and the owner supplied rackets and balls. At night, the pool has lights and the tennis court is flood Lit . One evening the owner comes and makes fresh Italian pizzas which were amazing. The filler is spotless all the way through from comfortable beds to a massive well equipped kitchen anything you need is there. We left our stay and hope to return very soon. A big thank you to Salvatore For coming every morning to make sure the pool is spotlessly clean and for making us the pizzas.

Peaceful, relaxing base to explore the Sorrento peninsula

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The pool was magnificent. large and very clean thanks to Salvatore's early morning visits every day. The kitchen was also huge and easy to use. The highlight was Salvatore cooking delicious pizza's using the woodfired oven. The mozzarella was from the nearby cows, whose bells, we could hear gently as they passed by. We struggled to leave this wonderful setting, but did enjoy trips to Paestum, Herculaneum, Vietri Sul Mare, Pompeii, Vesuvius (Book online before you go up!), Naples and Sorrento. There was so much to do! We would strongly recommend this villa, Salvatore is so helpful. Thank you for the delicious home made olive oil. We hope to return again soon!

Fantastic place

Really amazing place. Salvatore was the perfect host, very discreet but made sure that the pool was clean and that everything was okay. He cleaned the (amazing) pool every day in the morning. He also made home made pizza for us one evening, and it was the best pizza we have had on our entire holyday. Thanks a lot for that Salvatore. The place was a bit remote and the roads where not very good, would recommend a robust car. The tennis court was in a good state and we played almost every night. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and kitchen Livingroom and one bathroom downstairs and a lovely garden. All in all a very good week (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and we would love to recommend this house. Carsten from Denmark

Great week!

The property was very clean, and Salvatore came every day in the morning to clean the pool and pick up garbage. Even though we don't speak italian it's possible to understand each other, he speaks a bit english and there's always Google translate. Salvatore made pizza for everyone one night and it was delicious! There's cows and goats in the streets around the house and it's really charming. No need to worry, they can't enter the property. If you want to go out and eat there are really nice restaurants only 5-15 minutes away, you do need a car to go there and to get around. The food is local and really good! Pompeii, Naples and other nice places are only an hour away. We had a really good time and would love to come back one day!

The Perfect Family Escape

Property: Fantastic pool (large, deep with diving board) which was cleaned daily. Plenty of space in the kitchen and bedrooms with air conditioning throughout.Location: Beautiful views of Contursi Terme, interesting Italian hillside roads to access the villa (these got easier with experience!).Surrounding Area: Good access to the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Naples.Host: Salvatore is very accommodating and an impressive pizzaiolo (you must accept his offer to cook pizza in the wood-fired oven!)Overall we had a fantastic week, and our teenage children said it's the best summer holiday they've had! Thanks Salvatore!

Excellent villa!

We stayed in Salvatore’s villa for one week. What a wonderful break! The villa itself is immaculate, with everything you could need. All comforts including air conditioning, an amazing private pool, tennis courts and even a wood fired pizza oven in the kitchen where Salvatore made us the most delicious pizzas one evening. We stayed as two families with children ranging from 1-13 and they all thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The villa is in a remote area and therefore very peaceful. Lots to do in the not too distant area (the Greek temples in Paestum must not be missed!) and not far from the Amalfi coast. Salvatore is an excellent host, communication is swift and he is very discreet whilst you are at the villa (he cleans the pool every morning) Would definitely recommend this villa!

Fantastic stay

The property was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Outside the barbecue area was perfect and ideally positioned. Air conditioning worked and beds comfortable. Garden and pool area we could not fault. Probably the best pool we have ever had with Silvano preparing it every day for our use. Loved the tennis court and we spent time in the evenings having a few games. Silvano did pizzas mid week which was an absolute treat. We all thought we knew what we were doing but it was quite humbling to see an expert at work. Up there amongst the many highlights of the holiday. Lovely area and you will find everything you need in the local town. If you want peace, tranquility and nothing but bird song and cow bells then this is the place to go.

Great villa

The villa is set in the hills and is accessed by winding, steep tracks but worth it as extremely quiet and a beautiful setting with lovely views. Coast is 40 minutes drive, Pompeii an hour and caves 30 minutes. Would highly recommend a boat trip up the Amalfi coast as we had an amazing day out. Not a tourist area so you can experience local restaurants and life. Nearest supermarket is small, and offers the basics so we just stopped at a larger one on way back from Pompeii. Brilliant local patisserie about 10 minutes away and lovely local restaurants all needing a car. Villa and swimming pool were great, with everything you need . Host cleaned pool daily and helpfully dealt with all our rubbish and recycling. He also made us amazing pizzas on one evening .. a real treat. Great villa if you are looking for a quiet location in rural Italy but close to the coast and Pompeii. Would recommend a visit.

Saubere Unterkunft mit herrlichem Ausblick & Pool

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Pool und Tennisplatz. Küche und ein Badezimmer sind durch eine Außentreppe von den Schlafzimmern mit den beiden anderen Badezimmern getrennt. Die Matratzen sind gut und eher fest. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter hat uns angeboten im Pizzaofen in der Küche gemeinsam Pizza zu machen, hat uns aber auch erlaubt, diesen alleine zu benutzen. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber es gibt auf dem Weg von Neapel ca. 25 km von der Unterkunft entfernt große Supermärkte, die täglich von früh bis spät geöffnet haben.

Super maison en pleine campagne

Maison très agréable avec une immense piscine et un tennis, au milieu de la campagne, très calme. Les 3 chambres sont grandes avec de grands placards. La cuisine immense est accessible par un escalier extérieur. La maison est à 1h de Pompéi et de Naples, ce qui est top pour visiter 👍 Le propriétaire, Salvatore, est super gentil. Il vient nettoyer la piscine tous les matins… La soirée pizza est extra, des pizzas excellentes qu’on n ‘est pas prêt d’oublier! Un grand merci! Je recommande cette maison si vous aimez la tranquillité tout en étant à 1h des sites touristiques. Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette maison ☺️

Alles in Ordnung

Das Ferienobjekt ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Alles top. Das Objekt ist etwas ab vom Schuss, also Pompeii, Vesuv usw. sind ca. 1,5 h Fahrt, Bäcker usw. sind auch etwas weiter weg, aber das weiß man ja vorher. Die Zugangsstraße ist in einem schlechten Zustand, aber weitestgehend geteert und mit eigenem Pkw unkritisch befahrbar. Dafür hat man seine Ruhe und man ist absolut privat, genau wie wir es mögen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Wohlfühloase in absoluter Ruhe

Eigentlich ist den vielen positiven Bewertungen kaum etwas hinzuzufügen - wir haben die Zeit in der Villetta sehr genossen. Haus, Gartenbereich und Pool sind absolut sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - alles sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden und an die nicht vorhandene Spülmaschine gewöhnt man sich. Der gepflegte Garten ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, optimal ausgestattet mit genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, sodass man jederzeit ein schattiges Plätzchen findet - am Gartentisch, im Rasen unter einem der vielen Bäume oder in der Hängematte. Der Pool ist ein Traum - groß und - dank Salvatore's täglicher Reinigung - strahlend sauber (trotz stürmischer Tage und Nächte, die auch schon mal viel Laub mit sich brachten - Respekt!). Der Tennis-Hartplatz ist optimal, um hin und wieder eine Runde zu spielen. Wir haben uns nach unseren Ausflügen immer wieder gefreut, in diese schöne und ruhige Umgebung zurückzukommen. Salvatore ist ein unglaublich freundlicher, zuverlässiger und hilfsbereiter, jedoch äußerst diskreter Gastgeber. Der kleine Austausch oder ein kurzes "Buongiorno" morgens (falls wir schon wach waren) am Pool während der Reinigung waren immer herzlich und ungezwungen - danke, Salvatore, für deine sehr deutliche und langsame italienische Aussprache! :) Und vielen Dank auch für das leckere Olivenöl! Wir empfehlen die Villetta Italia besten Gewissens weiter!

Très bel endroit et très bien entretenu

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Salvatore. Il est adorable et très disponible. On a passé 2 semaines fantastiques et inoubliables. La villa est très retirée de tout mais quel bonheur ce calme. La piscine est très grande et magnifique. Seul petit bémol : les sièges piscine pourraient être plus confortables. A part cela, tout est parfait 👌

Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war super! Es ist etwas abgelegen, und man benötigt für alle Wege ein Auto. Das Haus war komplett ausgestattet und Salvatore hat sich jeden Tag um den Pool gekümmert. Gerne wieder!

For people who want to get away this is an excellent choice. Secluded. Private. You will need a car.

Wonderful place to stay if you want out of the way. A property of excellent standard. Owner very friendly and hospitable.

Herrlich!

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Salvatore hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Alles war sehr sauber, das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Und natürlich war die Pizza die ,beste aller Zeiten’:-)) Jetzt werden wir italienisch lernen, damit wir uns beim nächsten Besuch besser verständigen können. (Zum Glück spricht Salvatore französisch). Herzlichen Dank!
