“We loved our stay here! Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The house rules are clearly written out and they offer a wealth of amenities. They have a BBQ, fire pits, hot tub, garage gym, beach equipment, and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. View of the airport was nice to watch the planes land and take off. City noise was not noticeable from the bedroom! Would love to stay again.”

“Overall this was a great apartment in a very convenient location across from Balboa park and walking distance to a cool dog park and museums. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was awesome to be able to bring our dog. The check in process was easy. And because they own the entire building there is staff you can talk to during business hours, which is great in case of emergencies. Cons of the place were pretty minor, but I thought still worth mentioning. We checked in late at night and……

“had a gerrible check in process. did not give me the address way in advance. when did give address, gave a false address. when i arrived, to the false address, it took me 45 minutes before i was able to get into the correct apartment because of the owner's asking for additional documentation from me. very disturbing. the apartment itself is mimimalist. no instruction book. very poor lighting. no parking. ”

“Only concern was the homeless people and what looked like drug use and dealing going on right across from the property where we parked, but they caused no trouble at all and everything else was top notch ”

“Our stay was short but so happy to have chosen this location. Prime spot close to freeways and downtown. Clean and spacious unit with comfy beds and amazing shower. Quiet neighborhood, and the in unit laundry was very convenient. Would book again and recommend to friends! ”

“Place was well kept, clean, and had a very nice view. Pool and hot tub were also very nice. Overall I would recommend. Only thing that kind of bothered me was that the check in process felt improvised rather than planned, but it all worked out at the end of the day.”
