“Gorgeous place in perfect location. Cave room was huge and beautifully designed and decorated. Very comfortable large bed. Breakfast options were limited but fine. Location in the Sassi was perfect, with spectacular views in all directions. Would happily go back.”

Our 2 bed apartment had one bedroom leading off the other, so would've been better for a family rather that friends. Most importantly, excellent air con in all rooms!”

“The best location you can get in Lecce. Steps from the centro historico, quiet even though it's on a relatively busy street, with easy, gated parking right in front of the Dimora. A beautiful old converted mansion. The breakfasts were tasty, plentiful, and the service was great. If you like staying in a city center, this is a great choice, and with the easy parking, coming and going is a snap. The room wasn't large, but it had a lovely balcony and was bright and airy. We'll stay there again.”

“What a lovely find. Firstly the excellent Aldo and his staff. Friendly and efficient. Always willing to go the extra mile and nothing too much trouble. Need something and you'll get an immediate response. A lovely fella. The rooms were perfect for us. Tucked in a quiet back street in the old city. Quiet. Inside the property be prepared for steep steps and in our suite a tight metal/wood staircase to the mezzanine bedroom. But really it was great and if you want to venture up to the roof terrace,……

“Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.”

“The owner was fabulous with helping us navigate our stay and the staff was great. Breakfast was fabulous. The pool was great. Centrally located to everything we needed. We got lucky with parking but parking is an issue throughout Italy. It would be nice to have air conditioning because we couldn't keep the windows open due to foot traffic noise. great price point and lovely room. bathroom was large enough for two people to get ready. we really liked it.”
