“The pictures online are a clear case of false advertising. I was scared to get out of my car. Stray cats and dogs hanging around along with the animals that some of the “residents” were hoarding (even though there were signs posted stating no animals allowed) The people hanging outside looked like they were in need of assistance in many ways. Overall, the condo was dirty but the outdoor pool hours are good and hot tubs worked. Room key didn’t work but staff was friendly and helped quickly.”

“ok first of all, the photo you see is not where you will be staying. That is the area of private timeshares with the fancy pool with a lazy river. There are 4 different areas this resort owns, most on golf courses, and many units apparently owned and then managed by Litchfield beach and golf resort. The first room we got wasn't at all what we expected..like a motel 6 room for over 200$/nit; dark, dingy, 2 twin beds and no kitchen. Luckily we got moved to a room they had that was available and……

“I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head.
