Deganwy beach is a holiday complex built in the 70's that has kept its origional character and is often in the sunshine so still feels like a holiday home. With a recent interior refurbishment inside is more modern living with great outlook. From the inside looking out its the coolest apartment in north wales for sure?

Other things to note
Wales is the 3rd best country for recycling so you need to be fussy with the bins.
