「Our check in started off a bit rocky, and so I expressed that on Expedia. Within about 2 hours of our check in we received a call from Mama Loa. She asked if she could meet with me to discuss.We agreed to meet with her and she was very attentive took notes and said she would share the information gathered with her team. 「The room was beautiful. From the lovely netting over the bed to the fresh flower touches evrything was perfect. Best outdoor living space with stunning view and private plung pool. We were in it everyday. The staff was outstanding, the restaurant delicious, and the property gounds and access to watersports amazing. We are already recommending it to others and would go back. 」

「The rooms were clean, and the apartment setup was excellent. The pool was an absolute lifesaver in the Rarotonga heat, and overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We were unaware that air conditioning comes at an additional cost. The owner later informed us that this is stated on the Coral Sands website, but we must have missed it.
