"Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had. We were initially given a room that was already occupied, walking in on strangers at 1am felt incredibly unsafe, especially as a group of women. Staff showed little urgency or concern. What followed was a series of poor “solutions” and ongoing issues: an upgrade that didn’t accommodate our group, lack of basic amenities (they claimed to have no pillows), repeated calls just to receive towels, and advertised bar offerings that weren’t even available but advertised all across the hotel. The most alarming moment came when a glass shelf fell off the wall overnight, thankfully no one was hurt, but it could have been dangerous. Between the disorganized service, lack of accountability, and overall experience, this felt far below standard. I would not stay here again or recommend it."

"I booked a room with a view, but instead got a noisy room. I went to the front desk and spoke with a lady who assured me that a higher room with a view would be available the next day. The next day, when I went to exchange my room, I was told they were fully booked and no rooms were available. A supervisor asked who I had spoken with, but I hadn’t taken her name because I didn’t think I needed to. He then told me to come back the following day, saying he could get me into another room. When I returned, another lady told me again that no rooms were available. By this point, I was very upset because I was being given the runaround. I explained that my room was extremely noisy and I hadn’t been able to sleep well. After 15 minutes of arguing, she finally gave me another room—but it only had a wall view, not the view I had booked. This management team is a joke. I would never stay here again. The breakfast was terrible; I’ve had better food at other hotels. I highly recommend booking elsewhere, where I’m sure it will be cleaner and the staff more friendly. "

"Great room! Love the drawers and closet space! The only down side would be the tv not being able to connect through casting. However, TV channels weren’t all bad. "

"Rooms were huge!! Spacious and lovely. We had a 2 queens river view and it was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed the provided robes and the window seat to people watch. Lobby is warm and welcoming, staff were all great and very friendly. Antonio is the best ambassador they have - he's legit! :) Highly recommend when you want a home away from home."
