To lobby was very beautiful. All staff were friendly and helpful. We utilized the valet parking and walked to almost all of our destinations. Overall it was a great stay in a convenient location.

Excellent staff, friendly and responsive. Heads up that there is no parking, the hotel will validate parking for a self-park a couple of blocks away. As of Sept. 2025 the self park was about $58 a night

We didn't get to enjoy the amenities or breakfast and it was just a quick one night stay But Yolo at the front desk was very welcoming. The lobby was very nice. Our room was Clean and comfortable. The only downside would be that it felt like the air circulation could have been better. The vent was on one side of the room and if you're sleeping on the double bed on the far side, it was hard to get that air. We would definitely stay again though!

Nice to have breakfast included. Not too many options but enough. It was close to a lot and walkable to most everything in River north. Room and bathroom were clean. Not a ton of lighting in room but worked for me. Space was good for two people. Stayed a short time but there was not always someone at the front desk when needed.
