Stayed over Easter, great property with so much to do…table tennis, basketball, golf, pool table, swimming and for night time, a great fire pit…we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and well kept

Awesome, well equipped house for a group of families. Kids had a blast and the adults did too. Great indoor and outdoor tables for big group meals. Pool fantastic. Loved the ponies. Thank you Becky for great communication

We could not have asked for more from our stay at Sutherland Downs. Our 4 families come together every year and this is a property that we will return to again and again. The house is kind of set up like a mini motel allowing for a spread out and spacious feeling despite 20 people staying. Becky the property manager is delightful and so helpful. We loved the games room, the ponies, the view and the huge amounts of space. Thanks so much.
