They were very attentive and customer focused at breakfast recently and quickly remedied a situation (where the food ran very low due to staff shortage and new staff understanding expectations). They were so kind and considerate, seeking us out to apologize, and quickly making sure to replenish the breakfast offerings. 「Literally less than 300 steps from your room to the Hall of Fame. In the center of it all. Parking is in the back; check in in the sports store was seamless. (If you arrive after 6, Ainsley, the manager, will make sure you're able to get in). Highly recommend. you can walk to anywhere on Main Street.」

「The cottage we stayed in was adorable with our own little porch. John was so welcoming. The food for breakfast looked amazing even though we didn’t have the chance to eat. They offer thoughtful touches like a s’mores set up for you if you want to sit by the fire pit and fresh cookies to take during the day. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in Cooperstown. 」
