"Overall: It’s a beautiful property with a view for miles! Pros: The staff are lovely and very helpful. Each room has a great view over the hills. We had a cozy fire on the lobby and played board games. Cons: it’s a rural property up so the shower water has a bit of a smell. We came in October and I can’t can’t overstate how gorgeous the fall colours are from the property. We had a great stay and would return for sure - but it’s already almost fully booked for next summer. "

The property felt very private and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day at the Cooperstown Dream park. "A great location near Cooperstown Dreams Park. Being on the major highway it definitely can get loud, but it was the perfect location to be back and forth to the park and to visit Cooperstown. Bonus we knew the people who rented the property next door at the same time so it worked out perfectly for us to have the shared driveway and outdoor space! Property was clean and exactly what we needed for the early mornings and late night game schedule at Cooperstown Dreams Park. "

"We loved this house. It is in a perfect location for Dreams Park- we debated staying on the lake and had friends that did, but we were so glad that we were so much closer to the park. Being across the street from the grocery store was great too! The house itself is old (be careful because the stairs are narrow and a bit slippery) but the kitchen and bathrooms are well updated so it didn’t feel like it. And the owners were great and stocked the house very nicely!"
