「Upon arrival we were given a room key to the wrong room. Despite our reservation being booked over one month in advance we were given a room in the basement. The front desk staff seemed bored with the confusion over our room key. Booked was a room with two Q beds, we were given a room with one bed. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have never encountered such unfriendly hotel staff. Making up for this was the serving staff and bar staff. They were exceptional! 「Every inch of our room from the top of the ceiling to the floor was so very clean. No cobweb's, dust increabile comfortable. Beds clean and comfy, I liked the pillows but some people might like a little firmer pillow. Nice to wake up and see the view of the lake, we even had a rainbow out our window. However if your a coffee drinker it wasn't the best coffee maker. The coffee itself was good , but it made one cup at a time, and it took forever to make it. We're hoping to make it back that way...

「We enjoyed staying at the Queen of Catskills B&B. Both husband and wife are very personable and make you feel welcome. We stayed in the yellow room so we could have our own bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. The clawfoot bathtub looked great but was steep and slated at the bottom. The shower curtain hung down and touched the bottom of the bathtub, making it a little bit of a tripping hazard. We had a fabulous cooked to order breakfast that was so good and really...
