“The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. The home was very clean and well equipped with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. ”

“Great stay! A couple blocks from Empire State and all the main sites in the city. In room heater made it so nice to set our own temperature during cold weather. Nice clean bathroom, kitchen with dishes, a pull out table all made this very convenient. On check out day we were able to store our luggage at the reception which was so helpful. Overall highly recommend this cute nyc apartment!! We stayed there with our kids and it was very safe and kid friendly.”

“This is a cute loft apartment. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, and the apartment is close to other apartments. There are two full/queen beds, and a sofa that folds into a bed. It is perfect for a family! There were one or two cosmetic defects (scratches on frig, chip on bathroom cabinet) but it was totally fine! It is a kitchenette. Near markets, pizza. About 15 minute walk to time square. I would recommend!!”

“The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic. The is truly a special space and shows how very special the owner is. ”

“The space was exactly how it looked in photos and videos. It had a homey, yet eclectic vibe, that made you not want to leave the space. It’s nearby to a ton of local shops and Domino Park. So you cannot beat the location. It was spacious, clean, and very inviting. Jess was incredibly communicative and helpful! 10/10 would recommend. I’ll definitely be back! ”

"The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain.
It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA"

"I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card.
And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself.
And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request.
I think they have many things need to be revamped."
