“Clean studio and great location for our family's one night stay. Close to everything but a quiet retreat when needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, even alerted us about an item inadvertently left there after we checked out, and patiently helped us to reclaim the item. Loved the corner pizzaria and the Amish market between 2nd and 3rd. Also highly recommend the parking garage - 310 E 46th - highly efficient and got our car ready at 6am when we had to leave earlier than initially……

“Everything was great it was a great location, spacious and as described. The only negative I would say is you can hear the tenants upstairs walking ( which the owner has no control ) but other than that the place is excellent enjoyed my stay for 7 days. Will stay next time for sure.”

“This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and……

“Unfortunately, my check-in experience was very disappointing. The person working at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I arrived, and my questions were not handled respectfully. I expected much better customer service from a hotel.
