“Person checking us in could not understand us and did not communicate that we had requested a late check out. Sheets were absolutely filthy and looked as if they had been previously slept on. We had a ridiculous time getting toilet paper and person at reception 5 was rude. The towels were awful and smelled like cat urine. The toilet paper had been previously wet. Bathroom was extremely dirty. The only plus was the view of the Empire State Building. This is a one and done!!! I do not recommend at……

The décor definitely leans into the “disco house” theme, though some parts of the home feel like they haven’t been updated since the 70s. The beds were comfortable and most of the appliances were modern and worked well.A few things to be aware of for future guests: the hardwood floors are quite uneven and noticeably sloped, which gave us some concern about the structure. “The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic. The is truly a special space and shows how very special the owner is. ”

"The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain.
It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA"

"I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card.
And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself.
And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request.
I think they have many things need to be revamped."
