“The staff was super friendly. There was a chipped tile in the pool and our daughter cut her foot on it. The lady at the front desk did provide us with first aid stuff. It was very nice to have views of the water and food and groceries were in walking distance.”

“One night stop with objective of comfortable bed at low cost since I came in late. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Basic amenities and room had microwave and refrigerator. Avoid room 1 as that was smelling like cigarettes so I got move to 8.”

“We have stayed at red lion in the past and have had a great time. This time we stayed at the one in coosbay oregon and were very surprised to see the condition of the place as the pictures were very nice. We asked at check in about the pool and was told it was heated and was shown where it was. The kids an us got ready and went down there, what we found was a hand written out of order sign and a pool that was so disgusting looked like it had not been cleaned in months lots of black mold in……

“This room was absolutely filthy. Rat droppings in every corner and behind all furniture, blood stained blankets, IV drug use supplies in the nightstand. Staff refused to refund even though we left 15 minutes after we arrived. Expedia refused to refund despite photograph evidence and a receipt from the other model we stayed at last night. Absolutely do not recommend staying at this motel and absolutely encourage you to book via a service that will actually back the customer.”
