The room looked clean. It was spacious. It was quiet and close to groceries and restaurants. The check-in staff were wonderful even though they were being trained. I left my EarPods behind and they were very kind and mailed those to me in a timely manner. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. No springs left, just felt like it sank right into the box spring. There was no hand soap. When I spoke to the morning staff about my concerns, they seemed to not believe me about no hand soap and were generally irritated with me. I would stay again if I could check the quality of the mattress first before staying in the room.

The room was great. Newly remodeled. I might be behind the times, but I liked it when you were given a sheet that gave site information regarding the pool, coffee bar, etc. There was nothing.

The staff was happy to see us and helpful. We had a problem with our TV and it was corrected in less than 5 minutes from us speaking to the front desk. If you get the chance reserve a second floor water view. Although there are no elevators, the view was calming and you can leave the patio doors drapes open as no one can look into your room. Also, those rooms have vaulted ceilings. so spacious.

Beautifully redone suite. Lots of space for a large family. The small kitchen saved so much money from eating out. The pool was warm and the room right by the water. The only complaint was that the conditioner bottle was fresh out. Thankfully the grocery store was walking distance. Overall a wonderful hotel that we hope to stay again.

Great little hotel. Recently remodeled it was clean and nice. The gym was average and it's located in a few parking lots. But it is a fine place to stay the night or weekend.

The bathroom was dirty, we had to ask for fresh towels after three days, they should come in and refresh every other day. There was no option to look out at the water, then when I got there it was an additional cost to upgrade but the front desk staff couldn’t do it.
