“Seemed more like a rent by the hour room . My bed did not have a fitted sheet over the bed . The mattress was awful. It felt like a box spring ! Hard and lumpy . I could not stand another night trying to sleep on that. I did pay for another night in advance . I went to the office the next morning by 8 AM. I informed them that I would not be staying another night as the bed was hard and lumpy and felt like a box spring. He said , That’s the first I have heard of it ! I asked for a reimbursement……

“This property renewed my hope for motels! While smaller, it was cozy and well decorated. The little things matter and the fact that they included real coffee mugs, a wine opener, and qtips was greatly appreciated. Loved the throw pillows and Velvet blanket of the Dune room. I enjoyed the completely contactless check in. Would definitely stay here again. One note of caution. The room I stayed in was great for a solo traveler or perhaps a couple.”

“Really nice hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious and I loved having a suite. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an upstairs suite and it was perfect- it was surrounded by trees with a few of the river in the distance. I could keep the windows open and still maintain privacy while being blissfully quiet outside. I stayed for 5 days and it was the perfect home base for my trip. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Florence.”
