「Super nice, clean and very quiet motel. Staff was very accommodating when our air conditioner wasn’t working and immediately moved us to another room. Would definitely stay here again. Got a much needed good night’s rest!」

「I choose this hotel because it has a spa, I needed a soak after long stressful weeks at work. I emailed and called to verify it was available, they assured me it was in service. When I arrived to check in, there was a notice on the desk saying it was not available. Needless to say I was not happy.」

「This place is absolutely AMAZING! We came to town after driving all night and needed a place ASAP. They got us right into a room when they opened. This isn't the norm but they were willing to accommodate our situation and we are SO thankful!!! The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. This is our second time staying here, and it definitely will not be our last. We love this place and will stay here anytime we come to town. Thank you again Southsider for helping us out!!」

「We have stayed at red lion in the past and have had a great time. This time we stayed at the one in coosbay oregon and were very surprised to see the condition of the place as the pictures were very nice. We asked at check in about the pool and was told it was heated and was shown where it was. The kids an us got ready and went down there, what we found was a hand written out of order sign and a pool that was so disgusting looked like it had not been cleaned in months lots of black mold in...

「This is a basic motel good for one night stays. The staff is very helpful, and there is a restaurant within walking distance.」

「This room was absolutely filthy. Rat droppings in every corner and behind all furniture, blood stained blankets, IV drug use supplies in the nightstand. Staff refused to refund even though we left 15 minutes after we arrived. Expedia refused to refund despite photograph evidence and a receipt from the other model we stayed at last night. Absolutely do not recommend staying at this motel and absolutely encourage you to book via a service that will actually back the customer.」
