"This is a completely automated check in. There are also sound recording sensor on one of the outlet in the rooms that are there if let the management know if there is load noises. The room advertises what automated system they are using so I was able to look up the sensor. It claims it does not record but monitors if the sound level is to high and reports it to the management. I do not know if I believe that, but I thought I would let others know."

Best Western Inn At Face Rock

8/10 Good

"The rooms only had heat, but it was ok because even in late June, it was cool enough to keep the windows open. The room was small for our family of 4 but we were only there for 1 night. The pool was nice. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The beach access was awesome."

"We stayed at the Lighthouse Cove Inn. It's a smaller motel. The Bandon Inn is operating the property. We've stayed at the Lighthouse Cove twenty years ago. I am glad to see it purchased and invested into. Regardless of all that. The staff at the Bandon Inn we're very professional. And the clerk had great recommendations for dining and other activities. The room was very tidy. And had a beautiful view of the Bandon coast and downtown. Thank you for a great weekend. Room 209 S.Whelchel."

Ocean Front ON the Beach - Spectacular Views! 14 Minutes to Bandon Dunes Golf!

"We had a great time with our family of 5. Access to the beach and tide pools was great! The view from this house is awesome!We had some surprisingly good calm weather (it does get windy on this part of the coast). This is a nice beach for walking or tide pools and also a possibility of seeing the Circles in the Sand. We saw many seals and many types of birds (the cormorants were nesting in the cliffs). If you like tide pools, this is a great beach because access to see the wildlife is right from the sandy beach, no climbing on slippery rocks to see the sea stars, anemones, etc.The town of Bandon is cute with several restaurants, art, coffee shops, brewery, etc. and we even tried one of the restaurants at the nearby golf course, which was very good.The house was large and comfortable (very comfortable furniture). Unfortunately, the windows were not very clean (hard to keep clean with being right on the ocean, I know) but it would have been nice to have a way to easily clean them ourselves. Also, the kitchen was mostly quite nice and very clean but there wasn't enough silverware and some of the pots and pans were not entirely clean (plates and glasses were very clean).Beds were comfortable; we rented both the upstairs and downstairs units so we had 2 bathrooms, one on each floor.Note that it costs to park at Face Rock, but you can easily walk just a few minutes to Face rock beach from the house. Coquille point further down the beach has free parking."
