“Need to hire a maintenance crew. Furniture outdated and rock hard. Living room couch is probably from the early 80’s with a hide-a-bed. Felt like you were sitting on springs. Shower grout was brown! Bed was ok if you like sleeping on plywood. This room ran me 421 and some change. VRBO this is not a 400 dollar stay and I really expected higher.”

“Great place to stay, and would definitely stay again. Really nice place and a really nice area out back with fire pit, and easy access to the beach. They have a nice grill. Pictures and description need updates on Vrbo, due to TV being bigger and better than the description, and it also has a Roku, which is great. Needs a sign on side of the fridge, to point out the light switch hidden behind it.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Seabrook cottage! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything in town. The home was spotless, cozy, and very dog-friendly, which made our trip even better. The host was professional, responsive, and communicated clearly from start to finish. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Seabrook and will definitely be back again!”

“The property was great, the stairs are very difficult to go down but with the size of the chalet I can understand why it is the way it is. Parking was right outside our door which was nice when unloading and loading the car. When we first got there, the room was very warm, but after opening both the upstairs and downstairs windows it cooled off pretty quickly. “This was a wonderful house for a large group. There were 9 of us so we had our own space when wanted and yet a great gathering room when we got together. The kitchen is well equipped and the location was outstanding.
