“We had a really disappointing experience with Powhatan Motel. After driving 16 hours on a long road trip, we arrived around 3am expecting to check in, since the motel clearly advertises a 24-hour front desk and check-in availability after 4pm.

“The woman who checked us in is such a hard worker. The next morning she was running the desk and helping in the breakfast area as it was extremely busy.
