The room was very clean and comfortable. Maybe too comfortable, we slept too late and missed breakfast. Will stay again.

My daughter and I don't travel overnight alot so this was a wonderful experience. Check in was great and the suite was very comfortable. we requested we didn't need our room to be cleaned, etc each day which is what Comfort Inn honored.

The Comfort Inn was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful. They hadn't turned the lights on when it became dark, but immediately rectified the problem. The breakfast was good. A good variety.

The smell of the entire place was dissatisfying which then put a bad vibe for my family, causing them to point everything out that was off.. the hall carpet was very dirty. Place is under some construction but the side doors of the building had no locks allowing anyone to enter. along with a bunch of ants crawling inside the building.. extension cords ran across the floor at 9pm with no workers around. Back parking was all that was left for us. Kids pointed out all the shopping carts with garbage in them. As for the room it was clearly just remodeled. 1 piece of tile was laying off the wall. All bathroom light switches were installed upside down. With my wife and kids on high alert they pointed out the stains on the sheets along with some long hairs!! Thank fully no bugs were spotted in our room or we might have been leaving! Breakfast was good.

All the staff are extremely kind. Breakfast was good, but I think it would’ve been better served in the larger area, not in the makeshift room:( the bed was actually comfortable! Pool area was a little sad but I know they’re doing renovations!

Staff excellent and was quick in getting extra blankets for our room. Property is clean. They are renovating but they made sure our room was on a different floor to not have the noise of renovation. Would stay again

This particular hotel was collecting donations for all the tornado victims in London Kentucky and surrounding areas. Locals were bringing in meals for those staying at the Hotel who lost their homes. This felt personal and we enjoyed our stay. The employees were very friendly and helpful

Room and bathroom were clean— both times I was at the desk (for check in and check out) I had to wait because they had “stepped away”. It was a bit inconvenient with my arms full of luggage. Breakfast was pretty solid, typical of a hotel breakfast, but breakfast staff was super friendly. Lastly, not sure if it was the location of my room, I was the last door on the hall, but multiple times in the early morning I heard doors slamming and loud noises in general— maybe because I was by the stairwell, but this did affect my sleep during the night.
