you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?

This hotel is under major renovation & should be shut down while the construction & various projects are being completed. The lobby & hall ways are filled w materials. The work crew started work at 6:45am. Crazy to stay open thru the project. No mention on website discription.

Had I known the place was under construction, I would have gone elsewhere. There were building materials stored throughout the lobby and other areas. The price was good nonetheless, and I could have overlooked all that. What made the place terrible, was the poor customer service. The person at the front desk in the evenings is not suited for a customer facing position. I drove up to the hotel and the first thing I see is the major construction. The second thing I see is a lady sitting out front on the building's ledge smoking a cigarette - right next to the entrance. To my surprise, this person worked the front desk and mumbled to me: "you want a room"? Never said "thank you" once in my multiple interactions with her. Pool closes at 11pm but at 10:50pm, she rudely came in and said she was closing and we had to get out. The pool has no towels but she never said a word about the towels for the pool being kept at the front desk (another worker told us after we came through dripping wet). Great customer service doesn't have to cost a company much other than good training and getting rid of folks who are not appropriate for working with the public and representing the business.

Staff was good. At first there was no water, the next day our keys didn’t work. I think that the site should let folks know that they are under construction and the price shouldn’t have been full price due to all the problems

Hotel is doing major construction, half our hall was in construction, the side of the building, the lobby and parking lot full of building supplies. Dust from the work being done everywhere, room was dirty with stains from the ceiling leaking, foot prints on the floor, mattresses probably haven't been replaced in 15+ years. The only positive was the pool was decent. Would not recommend staying here. Maybe once they finish construction and update everything it will be better but at my stay it was one of the worst places I have stayed in.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS "HOTEL" we drove 9 hours to this property. As we pulled up a car next to us was angry throwing his bags into his car. He said I wouldn't stay here place is full of bedbugs and roaches he let us look at his room and sure enough bedbugs. I booked this place with Expedia and they said they would contact the property and cancel my reservation. Than they said they can't reach anyone at the desk. We had to back track an hour for a different hotel with 3 kids and a dog at 1am. I was told that they are trying to contact the property I even tried no answer. That was May 23rd. It's now June 5th and I was getting frustrated and got a hold of Expedia they FINALLY got a hold of someone named Andy and said they are declining my refund request. So I called myself SECONDS after learning this and apparently Andy isn't in. The lady said they have no bed bugs because no one has complained. The reviews it's self should be a big sign. I wish I would of read the reviews before booking this hotel. They still refuse to give me my money back.

No toilet paper or towels in the room. Waiting at front desk each day to ask for some and no one was there. Room smelt like mold and was not cleaned. Very disapointed and let front desk know upon leaving. They didn’t care.
