“Perfect location for day trips covering so many of the hilltop towns. Perfect accommodation for a group of 12 friends as each bedroom has it’s own bathroom.Perfect Villa for relaxing at home coffee every morning, lying by the pool and dinner watching the incredible sunsets.Perfect hosts. Denise takes care of everything while you are at the villa including cooking us a wonderful dinner. Mieke answered all our questions prior to our arrival very promptly. She has set the villa up perfectly and……

“Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung im oberen Stockwerk des Hauses. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Der fantastische Pool und das eingezäunte Grundstück sorgen für viel Komfort und Privatsphäre. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen! Besonders herzlich war der Vermieter, der geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet hat.Das Grundstück liegt in Seenähe, was schöne Spaziergänge und den Besuch vieler gemütlicher Restaurants……

“A great sized property with all the facilities that you need. Massive landscape gardens with a good sized pool and vegetable plot. The views were amazing. Air conditioning in all rooms which was a great asset. The host, Gian, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of his knowledge, we attended local festivals and we had a reasonably priced chef come in and cook for us, which was more of an experience than just being catered for as we were all able to get involved. Gian kindly accompanied us……

“Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus mit dem Pool sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, es ist ruhig und einige Restaurants sind in der näheren Umgebung, um die Köstlichkeiten zu genießen. Wir lieben Umbrien und werden bestimmt nochmal hier her kommen. ”

Molto bello anche il salone al piano terra e le due case. Ottimo arredamento e climatizzazione perfetta. .E' presente anche una chiesa .il giardino e' pieno di fiori.
