不滿：整潔度和職員與服務
Ok ish
Arrived late one evening to check in. Reception demanded the tourist tax in cash. Reception staff quite grumpy and not friendly or welcoming. No mention of the need for cash in the booking confirmation or any correspondence beforehand so wasn't carrying enough with me. Offered to pay card and they said no but get cash tomorrow and pay tomorrow. I thought ok no problem. However, 10am next morning cleaner comes barging into 4 of our rooms without knocking or any warning whilst still sleeping to handover a note demanding the tourist tax needs paying. Completely unacceptable. Rooms were ok but scruffy. Bathroom not great and shower didn't drain properly meaning standing in a puddle whilst showering. Bathroom drain had funny smell. Breakfast was ok. Coffee terrible - some of the food ok, some not really edible but enough to get a breakfast together. Overall the place is ok as a cheap option but a lot more attention to detail is needed and the barging into rooms is completely unacceptable. Pools and outdoor areas are nice. Feels like the rooms and especially the bathrooms need a revamp.
