“Over charge me for the room and refuse to offer any refund nor complimentry for the difference. Arrive around 3pm and the rooms I booked wasn't ready.”

“We really enjoyed our one night stay at this delightful hotel. Service was excellent. Because the hotel was very crowded, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we were given drink coupons and sent to the bar. Everything was very clean. Our room had all the amenities, especially charging locations at each bedside and the desk. The pool was fantastic. It was 25 m long and very wide. The gym was very basic. “Good clean hotel. Good variety for breakfast. Will stay here again when coming to Yantai”

“All was good except for the toilet. It was stinky. The door would not close well. So the smell would go to the room. :(”
