With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a newly added heatable private pool, Villa Anafoufou can comfortably sleep up to 8 / 9 guests. The ideal location just steps away from the heart of the village, with its traditional alleys and from excellent panoramic restaurants, complement the setting. Inside, the property is set over 2 floors, not connected from the inside, rented together as a whole detached villa with private pool. The lower floor comprises a large, self contained studio with double bed, lounge area with extra single sofa bed (9th guest), and a shower room. Large doors open straight to the landscaped outdoor areas. The upper floor comprises the main accommodation. There is a spacious kitchen, fully equipped, a beautifully furnished lounge with dining area (including smart TV), panoramic terraces and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 2 doubles and one twin. One of the double bedrooms has its own e-suite bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms share the second shower room. For the comfort of the guests, the whole property is air-conditioned. The interiors are airy, cozy, welcoming and cheerful, the perfect combination to fully enjoy a Mediterranean holiday.



Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive private grounds, with shrubs and Mediterranean flowers. There is plenty of space for dining together al-fresco, using the barbecue provided, or to relax. A newly added swimming pool (20sqm in size, 1.4m in depth) will be the perfect place for long, relaxing hours under the shining Greek sun. For extra enjoyment, the pool can be heated (on request – extra charge payable locally) to make it particularly pleasant even in the low season months. Comfortable sunbeds and shades are provided. On the rooftop of Villa Anafoufou, guests can enjoy a brand new chill-out area, with inviting seating areas and pleasant views over the surrounding countryside up to the sea in the distance. Private parking is also available within the premises (a true rarity in Afionas!).



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.
