Villa Verde, Over the hill with spectacular sea views and private pool

Villa Verde is a traditional Corfu Villa, over the hill with an amphitheatre setting and surrounded by a huge olive grove.The amazing sea view, the Marine of Gouvia , the Old fortress ,Old Corfu Town and Vido Island can be seen from all the windows and verandas of the house.From the house can also been seen Albania and Igoumenitsa. Villa Verde was built and based on the traditional Corfiot style. The whole house is illuminated in a traditional way like Liston in Old CorfuTown. The house has many verandas. Two of them are:A Large Veranda with five large arches and a bamboo sitting area and the kitchen veranda which has an outdoor wooden dining table with a breathtaking view of the sea and old corfu town will ensure a divine alfresco dining .

Garden-Land
The villa is surrounded by 4 acres of land, has huge and well maintained garden with 38 olive trees around the house and other plants and trees such as orange trees ,lemon trees,fig tree ,blackberry tree and a plum tree.Guests can collect their own fruit from the trees as provided.

BBQ
The BBQ of the villa is fully equipped ,with a large wodden dining table for ten people,under the shade of an olive tree with a large yard where the kids can play in safety .

Private swimming pool
The pool is the most attractive feature of the villa. It is a river shaped infinity pool with an endless amazing view of the sea .Also, there is a large sitting area for ten people , with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Interior
The house is built on two levels,which are connected with a big wooden staircase . The ground level has two bedrooms one with a queen sized bed and one with a double bed ,both with air conditioning and one fully equipped bathroom with a shower. Also on the same level, the kitchen which has a small dining table is half seperated from the big dining area with a big arch .The kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook conviniently like it is your own house.The big dining area and the living room are connected together . The dining table and all of the interior furniture of the house are wooden and most of them are classic expensive antiques. At the dining table ten people can sit under a beautiful crystal chandelier.The Living Room is a spacious area with a large Plasma TV and a big marble fireplace.There are two big sofas were ten people can sit and relax and also sleep if anyone wants to as the sofa can be turned into a comfy bed for one.
The second level of the house can be accessed through the staircase which leads to a small hall. There you will see, two bedroooms one has a king sized bed and the other one has 2 single beds and one bunk bed ,both with airconditioning and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower -bathtub. The second floor has amazing views from all the windows and verandas .



Upon the guests arrival 500 euro will be required as a security deposit in cash . This amount will be returned to the guest at the end of their stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.
