Sie waren äußerst zuvorkommend und verständnisvoll: Aufgrund eines verspäteten Fluges nach Verona konnten wir erst nach der regulären Check-in-Zeit (bis 21 Uhr) anreisen. Trotzdem haben sie auf uns gewartet und uns herzlich empfangen, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Auch die E-Mail-Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. 「Amazing experience from the moment we arrived! The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The views from our balcony overlooked the garden river and the mountains. They have fruit trees all over the property and fun things for the kids to do. Breakfast was outstanding array of food out on the veranda overlooking the scenic river!! could not have asked for a better place to stay for my first trip to Italy! 」
