“One of the benefits of booking the hotel was the indoor pool. Pool was out of order the entire stay. Staff was not helpful and vague and had a nonchalant attitude when I inquired when the pool would be back in order.”

“There are many delicious restaurants besides the hotel. ”

“Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. Fresh flowers and supplies for a pour-over hot drink gave a cozy feel to the interior.”

“Rooms clean, great staff, pool was great, bar areas too. Would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms.”

“The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.”

“Loved my stay so much!! It was so cute and vibey the staff was super nice and the rooms are super comfy they did a pool party with a dj during our stay and it was AMAZINGGG”

“The property was just as they described and the pictures were right on. Very quiet, there was a designated parking spot which was great. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. ”

“Love the pool love the staff, great location”

“The room was clean and as pictured. I did not use the hot tub or pool, or gym for my weekend/stay but they were available. The room I had was the smallest of the rooms but it was great. I love that it was a great location that centered a few of the places we wanted to visit. The staff responded very quickly— even before check in. I had lots of questions and they were always quick to respond.”

“Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again.”
