Great spot for July 4

Unforgettable spot for July 4. The convenience of being at home and being able to watch most of the events or to walk back home if we forgot something was very worth it. Highlights include extremely responsive staff, excellent and easy parking, large bunk beds, bikes and beach gear, great showers, bath for the small children, central ac, comfortable backyard. Very grateful for our stay.

Villa on Coronado

Property was clean, and walkable to everything, except the Pier. The yard and fire tables were relaxing after a long day on the go. I would definitely stay there again!

Great property and location!

This VRBO is perfectly located. It’s one block off the ocean and within walking distance of several really good restaurants. The accommodations are fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked. The set up is great. The patio is fabulous. I highly recommend.

Coronado Retreat

We had a great time. The property is very well situated between restaurants and the beach. The home is clean and has a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, plates, silverware, etc. We would stay there again.

Lovely stay in Coronado

The house was perfect! It had everything we could want and was perfectly clean. The location was near so many fun things to do. The Bluewater staff gave great customer service. We already booked another stay.

Birthday Weekend

We had a great weekend getaway in Coronado. The house was clean and comfortable and provided a great base for our group. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was big and had all the appliances we needed. The location was close to the beach and many restaurants. It provided just what we were looking for.

Magical

I almost don’t want to say how wonderful it was because I want the house to be available every time we visit! The house is in great shape, very clean, large rooms with high ceilings. The yard is magical. Location is perfect - you can visit the Del and enjoy what it has to offer but stay across the street. Easy access to grocery store, pharmacy, takeout, restaurants, beach… My daughter was delighted that we were allowed to pick a lemon to take home! My son liked watching cars coming and going through the living room window. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location

This was our 4th stay at this residence, but our 1st time in the downstairs unit. We were very familiar with the area and knew it would be another amazing experience. This unit is quite larger than the upstairs and suited our (all adult) family better. The outside living area was used as much as the inside. This unit is in the center of everything we need….The beach, shopping, restaurants, and boutique hotels for extra guests. One thing I need to warn about is the noise level. Because of the location, the surroundings can get noisy. Lots of people walking by and the trash truck constantly emptying bins all around. We will continue to rent this unit when visiting our favorite home away from home. Thank you for another wonderful vacation!

Incredible location

This home was perfect for our stay. When we originally planned to come to San Diego, we were hoping to stay at the Del Coronado hotel, but with all the renovations going on there, this property made much more sense for us. Ultimately, I’d book this again rather than the Del Hotel for our family! The location is unbeatable - barely a block from the Del, beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We spent lots of time at the beach(host made it easy with supplies!) and bought a Resort Pass to spend a day at the Del pool. My 2 big kids loved sharing the bunk room. The guest room had plenty of space for me and a pack n play, and the primary was lovely for the grandparents. The home was well stocked with supplies, including beach towels, beach wagon, some sand toys, chairs, etc. I also appreciated how responsive the host was - and easy to text. There was also a pack n play, which I wish we knew about in advance. Hopefully a future renter can benefit from it.

The property was ideal for our family to enjoy all that Coronado has to offer. It is right across the street from the Hotel Del, and within a short walking distance to all the best shops and restaurants. It was nice to have the yard to hang out in the evening, and the bikes and beach gear was a nice touch. When in Coronado in the future it will be our top choice.

Perfect location and ambiance
