「Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.」

「Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach.」

「There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.」

The host and the manager both were very proactive in their communication and welcoming prior to arrival, with a very detailed outline of what to expect, the access, and ensuring that I knew we could reach out to them for any questions or issues (of which we had none). All of the extra beach equipment, bicycles, scooters, etc. were fantastic and put to much use. Communication with the host was excellent and all expectations were clear and reasonable.
