「The place was close to the beach, excellent communication with the host, needs to be freshened up with maybe a good paint job inside, I’m sure from wear and tear, the location was great except for the air traffic. The T.V. Remotes did not work, we ended up using our laptop for any entertainment interests. I communicated the remote issue to the host and he apologized. Over all was good. The bikes were a great touch.」

「There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.」

「You really can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fully prepared for our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. In reality, it appears the building was subdivided into multiple units and feels more like an apartment...

This is a one stop shop for a vacation because everything is within walking distance. The parking is off site at a parking structure, but was also close by.
