Clean, comfortable and everything in working order. Short walk to the cute town with great coffee shop and a new local cuisine restaurant. Enjoyed walks around the area. Safe and friendly neighborhood.

Amazing Winter Retreat
We were very happy with Sparrows Nest. It met all of our expectations. Very comfortable decor and the bed was so cozy. Loved the skinny mirror in the bedroom. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Enjoyed meeting the owners and their dogs. Enjoyed exploring the quaint town of Rockport.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious this was! Loved the decor…super beach, very comfortable accommodation and was completely supplied with everything you may need. The location was very convenient to the artsy downtown and all other attractions. I would highly recommend Sparrows Nest!

Cute beach cottage
Cute beach cottage with a sweet hint of farmhouse. We appreciated the amenities. We had difficulty with the code at first. We traveled with our chihuahua and she enjoyed the outside space. We would consider an extended stay. However, we would like to recommend that the secondary side door become more secure and fill the gap between the lower door and wall, the bathroom floor was soft by the shower entry probably from water escaping while showering, exterminate the large cockroaches and lastly, if the mustiness scent could be managed upon entry that would be more welcoming. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Rockport is a very nice and welcoming town. Thank you

Nice house, nice location
The house was comfortable and well located. We experienced difficulties with the door lock, the thermostat and the TV. Instructions on how to use the thermostat and the TV remotes would have been helpful.
