Absolutely PERFECT!

The deck, balcony, updated appliances and incredible cleanliness was absolutely perfect. We LOVED this house. The proximity to the beach is great! The canal had some great fishing! Caught a Red Drum!

The duplex itself was nice. Very clean and cute! The beds were super comfortable! However, there was not a lot of kitchen utensils, missing lots of items to be able to cook. The back porch lights did not work at all. The living room light and fan did not work at all. Messaged them to inform them of the living room light and fan not working they said someone would be by to figure it out and no one came. The lemon tree in the back had tons of rotten fruit on the ground so the fruit flies were out of control. The 10 digit code to get in within 10 seconds was extremely annoying. The place itself is nice and clean! I do not feel it was worth the price. This is our 4th year staying in this area and for the price I expected to have a kitchen utensils, a working living room light and fan, working lights outside on the back porch and better communication to resolving these issues.
