We had a wonderful stay at this North Padre Island condo (Beach Club). The unit was clean, bright, and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen (stainless appliances, plenty of space to prep meals). The living area was cozy and relaxing, and the balcony view overlooking the pool and lake was a great bonus, with even a small peek of the Gulf across the street.The amenities really made the trip feel like a vacation the whole time. The heated pool and hot tub were excellent, and it was nice having access to the fitness center and sauna as well. The location was also super convenient being close to the beach.Owner was easy to work with and very responsive. Check-in was straightforward, instructions were clear, and they were accommodating with our request for a later checkout. Communication before and during the stay was friendly and helpful without being intrusive.Overall, we’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again next time we’re in Corpus Christi.

Beutiful home and good area, the folks are nice and richard himself was a outstanding home with very good communication to us. Also we were so glad in all the times we have stayed places this one stands out on being overstocked with all our needs we never ran out of any of our supplies in our 2 week stay!
